Introduction

The heart of project management is ensuring that a project is completed successfully by getting it completed on time, with the available resources, within the set budgets and consistent with the project requirements and quality. Whether that is developing a brand, rolling out a new product, managing a sporting event, developing a facility, or adapting a firm or project in terms of sustainability, this programme will allow students to turn strategists’ visions into reality. The activities and assessments will allow students to work within complex teams, get hands-on experience and ultimately complete a dynamic yet enjoyable learning journey. The programme will give students a learning path to effectively plan, manage, and execute industry projects and achieve business goals. With a surging demand in the field of project management, this programme aims to fill in the talent gap by developing a community that not only has competent knowledge in the field but also the essential skills needed to advance into managerial roles.
