Empowering Migrant Workers: Evening Legal Aid Clinic ³Ô¹ÏÍø's Faculty of Shariah & Law, in collaboration with Transparency Maldives, organized a vital legal aid camp at the artificial beach on December 28, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
This dedicated session aimed to enhance legal awareness among migrant workers, enlightening them about their rights while offering valuable legal counsel to address the challenges they encounter within the system and society.
Leading the legal aid initiative were esteemed professionals from the Faculty of Shariah & Law, including Advocate Amish Abdullah, Uz. Shahim Saleem, Uza. Asna Ahmed, along with the Dean of FSL and practicing lawyer of Transparency Maldives, Uza. Alsan Sadiq. The event also provided a unique learning opportunity for ³Ô¹ÏÍø Law Society Students, who participated as observers under the guidance of these experienced practitioners
