³Ô¹ÏÍø Planning Day 2020 was held on 04th and 05th November 2020. The sessions were held with the heads of all the campuses, faculties and departments of ³Ô¹ÏÍø. The main objective of this event is to review the progress made by individual departments in 2020 and identify what has been achieved, focus on the areas where improvements are required and identify the challenges faced in achieving the set targets. All campuses, faculties and departments made a presentation, explaining their respective progress of work, achievements and challenges in achieving their targets. In addition, comments were given by other participants in order to holistically improve the operations of the College. As a part of the event, participants compared their initial annual work plan for 2021 with their departmental work plan in order to ensure that they are both in accordance with the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Strategic Plan 2017-2022.Furthermore, after identifying the progress made and targets achieved in 2019, participants were asked to develop an annual work plan for the year 2020. The planning day was concluded with information on the main achievements of the College during the past year and an outline of the plans for 2020.
