³Ô¹ÏÍø has introduced several new programs aimed at expanding educational opportunities in the Maldives. These programs are designed to address the specific skills and specializations needed in the Maldivian economy and job market. The newly launched programs include a Master's level program, various certificate courses under the Sustainable and Integrated Labor Services (SAILS) project, and hospitality-related courses under the Discover Hospitality Program.

Master of Science in Aviation Management

The Master of Science in Aviation Management program is specifically designed for professionals in the aviation industry aiming for leadership positions in the Maldivian aviation market. The program provides students with comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry, regulations, and management principles, with special emphasis on the unique circumstances of the Maldivian aviation sector.

Key components of the program include airport and airline management, aviation safety, and sustainable practices. The main objectives are to provide extensive education in aviation operations, management, and regulations specifically tailored for the Maldives, preparing students for leadership and management positions in the aviation sector.

The program will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for addressing challenges in the aviation work environment, as well as establish a strong foundation in sustainable aviation principles relevant to the Maldives. Through industry expert lectures, case studies, and a capstone project, students will gain the knowledge and skills needed to tackle real-world aviation challenges.

Graduates of this program will have opportunities to work in leadership and management positions at companies such as Maldives Airports Company Limited, Manta Air, Maldivian, and Regional Airports Company Limited. All modules are specifically designed for the aviation sector, with strategic management simulations as part of the teaching methodology. The program includes an applied research project in aviation management as a capstone project.
