This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets for the terms and understanding between Maldives Open Source Society (MOSS) and ³Ô¹ÏÍø (VC) to collaborate on projects and giving industry know-how to students. It also covers the roles and responsibilities of both parties that will form the basis of any joint activities undertaken as part of this collaboration. This MoU was signed by Dr. Ahmed Anwar, Rector of ³Ô¹ÏÍø and Mr. Yusuf Abdulla Shunan, President of MOSS. Under this MoU, ³Ô¹ÏÍø will collaborate with MOSS to work out ways to enhance students' practical ICT skills and knowledge required for the industry. This includes but is not limited to guiding to the students in selecting assignments and projects that are required for the Industry, giving a chance for the students to work on practical technological requirements needed in the industry and giving exposure to the students to new technologies in the ICT Industry. MOSS will collaborate with ³Ô¹ÏÍø in acquiring man-power, marketing and facilities needed for the betterment of MOSS goals.
