³Ô¹ÏÍø Staff Meeting Successfully Held, Welcoming New Staff Members

³Ô¹ÏÍø held an engaging staff meeting today, welcoming new staff members and recognizing employee achievements. The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran.

Ms. Fathimath Afiya delivered a motivational speech that emphasised the importance of a positive workplace culture and the traits necessary for success in life. Her insights resonated with staff members, encouraging a collaborative and supportive work environment.

The meeting also welcomed 36 new staff members who joined between May and September 2024. Vice Rector Dr. Ali Najeeb discussed the strategic direction of ³Ô¹ÏÍø, highlighting key elements of academic life that shape the institution's future.

Rector Dr. Ahmed Anwar took the opportunity to recognize outstanding contributions by staff members through the Employee of the Month Awards for the months of May to July 2024. Congratulations were extended to:

• April 2024: Pushparathi Chinnayan Nadar, Lecturer, Faculty of Health Sciences • May 2024: Dr. Aishath Selna, Research Associate, Institute for Research and Innovation • June 2024: Aishath Zaeema, Manager Payables, Finance Department • July 2024: Aminath Javna, Manager, Centre for Open and Distance Learning

In addition, certificates were awarded to newly appointed assistant professors, recognizing their academic achievements and contributions: • Dr. Aishath Selna • Dr. Jorbin Varghese • Dr. Liyernisha Sundara Raj Retna Bai • Dr. Prem Kumar Vagestan • Dr. Mano Priya Vijayan

Recognition certificates for scholarly publications were also presented, celebrating the commitment to research and innovation.

The meeting concluded with Dr. Anwar expressing heartfelt gratitude and officially welcoming the new staff to the ³Ô¹ÏÍø community. A special thank you was extended to Ms. Fathimath Afiya for her inspiring speech.
