勛圖厙 has established academic partnership with a number of well-established universities, including University of the West of England, UK, Taylors University, Malaysia and University of Portsmouth, UK. 勛圖厙 from its inception has also been in partnership with Open University Malaysia, Malaysia.
In August 1999, the Minister of Education, Malaysia, invited Multimedia Technology Enhancement Operations Sdn Bhd (METEOR), a consortium of 11 public universities in the country, to set up an open university. This led to the establishment of OUM in August 2000 followed by its launch on 26 August 2002 by the then Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato' Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad. With the motto "University for All", OUM believes in the democratisation of education, giving everyone a chance at self-actualisation and fulfilling their potential.
The University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) is a public university located in Bristol, United Kingdom. The institution has a long history, dating back to the Merchant Venturers Navigation School in 1595 and the Technical College in 1894, and received university status in 1992. UWE Bristol has a strong reputation for preparing its students for successful careers, with 96% of graduates in work or further study within 6 months of graduation and 78% working in professional roles, according to the Higher Education Statistics Agency.
Taylor's University is a highly regarded private university located in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The university is often ranked as the top private university in Malaysia according to the QS World University Rankings. Taylor's was founded in 1969 as a college and was granted university college status in 2006, before receiving full university status in 2010.
The University of Portsmouth is a public university in Portsmouth, England. It is one of only four universities in the South East of England rated as Gold in the Government's Teaching Excellence Framework. With approximately 28,280 undergraduate and postgraduate students, the university is the 25th largest in the United Kingdom by higher education student enrolments. Comprising five faculties, 24 schools and several other services, the university employs approximately 3,500 staff.

As of July 2022, it has over 198,000 members and students in 147 countries. ICAEW was established by royal charter in 1880.
The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), founded in 1919, is the worlds leading and largest professional body of management accountants. In 2017, together with the American Institute of CPAs, it formed the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants簧 (the Association) to serve the needs of public and management accountants worldwide.

The Bar Council of the Maldives (BCM) is the statutory authority responsible for regulating the legal profession in the Maldives. The Bar Council of the Maldives regulates the legal profession, fosters high standards of professional and ethical conduct for lawyers, enables its members to better serve their clients and the public, and increases access to justice in the Maldives.
The Maldives Nursing Council is the National Nursing Regulatory Authority established with the approval of presidents office in the year 1999. Since then the council has been functioning on a regular basis. The Maldives Nursing and Midwifery Council was formed under the Health Care Professional Act 15/13 on 05th October 2015. The enactment of this law granted additional powers to regulate and strengthen Nursing and Midwifery services in the Maldives.

Maldives Accreditation Board (MAB) was created by a Presidential Decree in 14th August 2000 and renamed as Maldives Qualifications Authority (MQA) on 17th May 2010. MQA's mandate is to assure the quality of post-secondary qualifications awarded in testimony of educational attainments. Thus a framework was developed in 2001. It is called Maldives National Qualifications Framework (MNQF).
Founded in 2003, the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN) is a non-governmental and non-profit network who has been striving for Enhancing the Quality of Higher Education in the Asia-Pacific Region and "Dissolving Boundaries for a Quality Region". After 19-year development, APQN has 253 members from 45 countries and territories, becoming the largest and the most influential international organization on higher education in this Region. APQN has played a crucial and unique role in improving the QA mechanism, exchanging theory and practice experiences, promoting substantive co-operations, establishing Consultant Bank, reviewing Asia-Pacific Quality Register (APQR) and Asia-Pacific Quality Label(APQL) in this Region.
The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) is a world-wide association of organisations that is active in the theory and practice of quality assurance (QA) in higher education (HE).INQAAHE was established in 1991 with only 8 members. Today the total membership exceeds 300 members. HE has dramatically changed over the last decades. Distance education as well as vocational education have become increasingly more important as is the need for recognition of prior learning. HE has become more global than ever before. Professional accreditation has become more important as more higher education institutions (HEI) delivering programs in different modes enter the market. All these have thrust the QA agencies into ever expanding roles.
AMDISA - Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia, established in 1989, is a network of Management Education and Management Development Institutions in South Asia. It is an international not-for-profit association. It has 311 institutional members. Its mission is to Promote management education and management development activities in South Asia, taking into account the economic, social and cultural context of the Region, with the firm dedication to world-wide exchange of experience and ideas in the fields concerned. AMDISA is the only Association which networks management development institutions across the eight South Asian Nations through exchanging information, facilitating inter-country research initiatives, conducting regional conferences, workshops, colloquia and programmes, and thereby providing a forum for interaction among academics and business leaders.
Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) was established in 1913, and has over 500 member institutions in over 50 countries across the Commonwealth. The ACU is the world's oldest international network of universities. Its mission is to promote and support excellence in higher education for the benefit of individuals and societies throughout the Commonwealth and beyond. It has a combined population of 3 billion, mainly under the age of 30, in Commonwealth countries.
The International Association of Universities was founded in December 1950 in Nice, France. The initial idea for the Association dates back to the 1930s, yet we had to wait until 1947 when the formal call to create the Association was issued at the 3rd UNESCO General Conference, held in Mexico by the then Mexican Minister of Education, Dr. Torres Bodet. UNESCO went on to organise the Preparatory Conference of University Representatives at Utrecht University in 1948, where the support for the official structure for this unique global Association was secured. The first IAU General Conference took place in Nice in 1950. The overall aim and purpose of the IAU at that time was to provide a centre of cooperation at the international level among the universities and similar institutions of higher education of all countries, as well as among organisations in the field of higher education generally, and to be an advocate for their concerns (Constitution of the International Association of Universities, article 2).
